PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are met
  • Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively
  • Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output quality
  • Ensure all production activities comply with SOPs, safety, health, and environmental (SHE / OSH) requirements
  • Enforce discipline, attendance, and workplace rules among production staff
  • Identify and report machine breakdowns, quality issues, or operational problems
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve production issues
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and 5S practices in the production area
  • Train, guide, and monitor operators to ensure correct work practices
  • Prepare and submit production reports, records, and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by management or immediate superior
  • Certificate / Diploma in Production Management
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in supervising and in related field
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent, good communication skills
  • Able to work in shift

PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE

  •  Set up, operate, and maintain production machines and equipment according to SOPs

  • Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production operationsMonitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor or maintenance team

  • Support production activities to achieve daily output and quality targets
  • Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any non-conformities
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE / OSH) requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of machines and work areas
  • Record machine parameters, maintenance activities, and production data accurately
  • Assist in training operators on machine operation and safe work practices
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Certificate / Diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related field
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent, good communication skills

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical faults to minimize downtime
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and production maintenance requests
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and update maintenance records, checklists, and service reports accurately
  • Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machines or equipment
  • Ensure spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment are properly used and stored
  • Comply with safety, health, and environmental (SHE / OSH) regulations and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of maintenance work areas
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to support operational needs
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Certificate / Diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology

QA EXECUTIVE

  • Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) processes in accordance with company policies and SOPs
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products
  • Review production records, quality data, and test results to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures (CAPA)
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and records accurately
  • Support product development, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments on quality issues
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Diploma/ Bachelor in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related field
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent, good communication skills

QA TECHNICIAN

  • Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to SOPs and specifications
  • Perform sampling, measurements, and tests using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Identify, record, and report non-conforming products or deviations to the QA Supervisor/Executive
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to quality issues
  • Maintain accurate inspection and test records, reports, and documentation
  • Support QA team in audits, calibration, and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and cleanliness of QA tools, instruments, and equipment
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Certificate / Diploma in Production Management
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related field
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent, good communication skills
  • Able to work in shift

MATERIAL PLANNER CLERK

  • Plan and schedule material requirements to ensure smooth production operations
  • Prepare and maintain material request, purchase requisition, and inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels, usage, and lead times to prevent shortages or excess inventory
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and production departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain accurate documentation for material movements, receipts, and issues
  • Assist in inventory audits, stock counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations
  • Generate reports on material status, consumption, and forecasts as required
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all material-related documents
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Business Admin, Operation Management, Inventory Management
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related field
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent, good communication skills

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manuals
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements (SHE / OSH)
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment or systems
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of electrical tools and instruments
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operational requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Cert/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, Manufacturing Technology
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in related field
